This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes the information and transactions that Coretxt Software, LLC (“we” or “us”) allows within our app or other services offered by us (the “Services”).  By accessing and using any of our Services, you are agreeing to the terms of this AUP.

Community Members. By registering to use our Services, you will automatically become a Community Member. As a Community Member, You may start groups, create events, communicate with other members, post or publish comments and share information. All such communications are referred to after this as “Member Content”. You are solely responsible for all Member Content, whether created by or for you, including but not limited to websites and content proximately reachable from such Member Content. We disclaim all liability relating to your Member Content.

Our environment is built on positivity and a spirit of inclusiveness. Hate speech and negative comments, including personal attacks are not tolerated. Members who engage is such activity will be banned. You may not submit any Member Content that contains any sexually suggestive, pornographic, violent or illegal content (“Adult Content”).

Your Participation is at your own risk. We have no responsibility to control or monitor any information or exchanges between or among users. Some people may find Member Content objectionable, inappropriate or offensive.

If we find Member Content that, in our sole discretion, contains Adult Content, we may, without notice, remove or block access to such Member Content. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel at any time and without notice Additionally, we will take all appropriate steps with Member Content that we believes violates applicable laws, including cooperation with any law enforcement investigation. If You see content that you believe is Adult Content or is in violation of law or this Section, you should contact us immediately via email legal@getcoretxt.com or on the Picnic Groups admin channel.

Copyright Infringement. You will not use the Services for any purpose or in any manner that infringes the copyrights of any third party, nor will you upload, email, post, publish, distribute, transmit, submit or otherwise make available through our Services any content that infringes the copyrighted works or violates the intellectual property rights of any third party. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”) (the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at HYPERLINK “http://lcweb.loc.gov/copyright/” http://lcweb.loc.gov/copyright/).

Bringing people together and connecting in-person activities is our mission. The selling of products that require age verification, such as alcohol and tobacco are prohibited on the app.
We reserve the right to amend this AUP at our discretion and at any time. When we make changes to this AUP, we will post a notice to our Services and will update the notice’s effective date.  We will give you an opportunity to review the changes before they go into effect.  Your continued use of the Services following notice of the changes constitutes your acceptance of the changes, so we encourage you to review the AUP whenever you use our Services.  If you do not agree to the updated AUP, you should delete your account(s).
